EarthQuake Display - shows the last 200 earthquakes that happened around the world. The data is sent by the USGS. This would be a handy little application to keep tabs on earthquakes around the world.

Program Features:

-The ability to filter the data based on magnitude and number of records displayed
-The ability to display the location on a map (Satellite Photos also!!)
-The ability to display the USGS website
-The ability to search the last 200 earthquakes for keywords

Program Features (NEW):

-The ability to get a Feed from NOAA on the most recent Tsunamis
-The ability to display the Tsunamis location on a map (Satellite Photos also!!)
-The ability to display the NOAA website

Pros and cons of EarthQuake Display app for iPhone and iPad

EarthQuake Display app good for

If youre interested in getting a perspective of ongoing world earthquake activity, get this app. Installed it right around the time of the Haiti quake. No crashes, no problems ever, just info. Tsunami warning bulletin access great! (Provides direct access to bulletin texts - example: used it to check todays Tsunami bulletins - post Chile quake). This is not an interactive game type app - it provides streamlined access to recent seismic activity info in a simple, visually appealing package you dont need to be a scientist to understand. Dont know anything about the developer, have never had to contact them.
What push. This app is awesome, better than any earthquake tsunami app Ive seen. There aint no push that I see. I turned push on through the app and synced with the server. It does not show up on "notifications list" with settings. Tsunamis are threatening to destroy the known universe and not a peep from my iPhone. This app is beautiful, but the push needs work. Under settings, when you scroll down to all of the applications to make settings changes, this app is there but it is completely blank. Is there supposed to be something there? Who knows. The app itself is the best though.

Some bad moments

DO NOT BUY! DOES NOT WORK! If you value your life or safety Do Not Buy! All it does is crash!
This app needs to be removed ASAP. This app locks up and does NOTHING. The developers web page and app support no longer exists. R.I.P.
